At Pepper Luxury Vintage, we believe it is important that your designer item lasts as long as possible. That is why we offer a professional repair service through our specialized studio. Below you will find exactly how the process works and what you can expect.

How long does a repair take?

A repair takes a maximum of 4 weeks, with an average turnaround time of about 2 weeks. This can vary depending on the type of repair and how busy the sudio is.

Minor damage during repair

We treat every item with care. However, in some cases, minor marks or slight changes may occur during a repair. We will always inform you in advance if this is a risk with your item.

Shipping is at your own risk

If a package is lost during shipping, either to our sudio or during return shipping, this is at the customer's risk. We always recommend shipping with track & trace and insurance.

Our repair procedure

1. Repair request by the customer
2. Customer approval of the costs
3. Customer sends the item to the sudio
4. The sudio carries out the repair
5. Return shipment from the sudio to the customer
