What you can expect from our repair service
Repairs usually take up to four weeks, with an average turnaround time of around two weeks. The exact timing depends on the type of repair and the current workload of the studio. Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive clear information about the expected timeline and costs.
Every item is handled with great care during the repair process. However, because we work with vintage materials, minor marks or subtle changes can occasionally occur. If a repair carries a specific risk, we will always inform you in advance, so you know exactly what to expect.
Shipping to and from the repair studio is at the customer’s own risk. We strongly recommend sending your item with track and trace and insurance. In the rare event that a package is lost during transport, Pepper Luxury Vintage cannot be held responsible.

Once approved, you send your bag to our specialised repair studio. We recommend shipping with track and trace and insurance. - Professional repair
The studio carefully carries out the repair, always with respect for the bag. - Return shipment
After the repair is completed, your bag is shipped back to you with care.
