First of all, we are very sorry that this happened. If the shipment is lost by our chosen carrier, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. We include a safety label on every bag. It is not removable without scissors. It won't damage the bag anyway and is easy to remove, but it just can't be reattached. If you want to return the bag for any reason, it must always have this label attached. Otherwise we cannot accept your return.
