Are you analytical, creative and always thinking about how things can perform better online? Do you have an interest in e-commerce, content and digital marketing within fashion? Then this might be the role for you.
Starting September 2026, we’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Digital Marketing Intern to join team Pepper for a minimum of 4 days a week. You’ll be closely involved in everything that happens online, think of maintaining the website to improving performance across channels.
What will you do?
- Support in optimizing and maintaining the website, with a focus on user experience and conversion
- Work in the CMS and ensure the webshop is always up-to-date and aligned with our brand
- Write and optimize website content with a strong focus on SEO and tone of voice
- Assist with SEO activities and improving our online visibility
- Analyze website and campaign performance and think along on improvements
- Support with email marketing and other digital campaigns

Think along on campaign concepts and help develop both online and offline activations
- Identify opportunities within e-commerce and contribute to overall growth and optimization
Who are you?
- Analytical and interested in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Strong writing skills with a good sense of tone of voice
- Interested in SEO, data and online performance
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with systems such as CMS tools
- Proactive and not afraid to take initiative
- Affinity with fashion and a strong sense of aesthetics
