Internship Allround Brand Support | Sep. 2026

Are you hands-on, proactive and ready to jump into whatever needs to be done? Do you have an interest in fashion and enjoy being part of a fast-moving team? Then you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Starting September 2026, we’re looking for an allround, proactive intern to join team Pepper from September 2026 for a minimum of 4 days a week. You’ll be involved across different parts of the business, supporting both the creative and operational side of the brand and gaining a full behind-the-scenes experience.

What will you do?

• Support the team across all areas of the business, switching between tasks throughout the day
• Create and support content across our social channels, always aligned with our brand and current trends
• Assist with maintaining and updating our online platforms
• Support during shoots and help prepare products for online presentation
• Help with day-to-day operational tasks, including order processing, warehouse support and handling incoming and outgoing international shipments
• Think along on new ideas for content, campaigns and ways to improve our overall brand experience

 Who are you?

• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable doing a bit of everything
• Interested in both the creative and operational side of a brand
• You have an eye for aesthetics but also enjoy working in a structured and organised way
• Not afraid to take initiative and jump in where needed
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and like being part of a small, close team
